At LYRANTHOVEX, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale items

Return Process

2. Once your return is approved, print the return authorization form included in the confirmation email.
3. Package the item securely and include the return authorization form.
4. Ship the package to the address provided in the email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
